Pedestrian Detection is an intelligent software detecting, within the vicinity of a security camera, a person or persons crossing a highway or a street outside of the pedestrian crossing. Pedestrian Detection is used for safety and security. The person or persons are detected in real-time by security cameras without any human interference.

Pedestrian Detection can be integrated with several VEER solutions such as: Facial Recognition, Forensic Analytics Appearance Search, Loitering.
